Another Include Problem

I stumbled across a limit when including a topic section. The heading to be included cannot have more than 44 characters:
((TopicName==Very long heading that exceeds 44 characters in length))

45 characters or more, and hovering the mouse over the [EDIT] produces the an error message, containing the invalid characters (>44) which are "invalid integer values"
